Nuvola Camera (Italy) is an Italian artist whose paintings depict everyday, overlooked landscapes through a shifting interplay of figuration and abstraction. Working with perceptual and physical filters and a highly material approach to painting, she questions the possibility of an objective viewpoint and the limits of pictorial language. Her works create a sense of cognitive dissonance, inviting new meanings to emerge from familiar surroundings.

During her residency at Delfina Foundation, Camera will maintain a light and steady working process, focusing on smaller canvases and works on paper. She will allow the city to influence her practice through a form of dérive, exploring London without a predetermined direction in the hope that subjects for a new series of works will emerge organically.

Recent exhibitions include Radioso Futuro at Francesca Minini gallery (Milan, 2026, upcoming); GRANDA at Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa, Palazzetto Tito (Venice, 2025); Sine Sole Sileo at Tube Culture Hall (Milan, 2025); From the Passenger’s Seat at Spazio Menouno (Treviglio, 2024); and USCITA PISTOIA at SpazioA gallery (Pistoia, 2024).

Camera was born in Italy and is currently based in Italy.
