Mudar Alhajji (Syria), born in 1981, is an emerging writer based in Syria. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts, Damascus, Department of Theatre Studies. Mudar is interested in the relationship between theatre and its audiences. He aims at presenting a theatre that today’s Syrian citizen can relate to.
His work as a playwright has been performed regionally. His poetry and fiction work has been published in Syria and regionally.
