Md Fazla Rabbi Fatiq (Bangladesh) is a photographer engaging with social, geographical, and political issues. His work seeks to blend a neoteric form with traditional documentary photography to create a constellation of visual language accompanied by the abstract, ambiguous, humorous and symbolic characteristics which will reach the viewer as a paired voice to arouse the questions of ‘what lies beneath the surface’.

During his residency at Delfina Foundation, Fatiq will work with photographs and archival material addressing Bangladesh’s colonial period.

In 2017, Fatiq completed his BSc in Multimedia and Creative Technology. While studying multimedia, he became acquainted with photography, which later made him more interested in this medium.
