Delfina’s global networks of patrons enable us to work with artists from every region of the world. Now, at a tumultuous turning point in history, we are reaffirming our vision of a truly worldwide artist community, and launching a North America network so we can offer our unmatched residency and artist development programmes to more artists in the United States and Canada, especially from indigenous and other underserved communities who have in the past found it harder to access opportunities like international residencies.
Delfina’s Network of North America Patrons will ensure we can support the development of the next generation of creative practitioners based in or from the United States and Canada. In this we are building on Delfina’s Studio’s history of nurturing the careers of artists such as Mark Dion, Mika Rottenberg, Janet Cardiff, Kevin Beasley, Liz Glynn, Eric N. Mack, and Candice Lin.
As with all our other Networks, donors to our North America network will be able to nominate artists for residencies, and receive invitations to special events with the artists their Network funds.
In addition, donors can be sure of a warm welcome at Delfina whenever they’re in London, and benefits include:
- Personal access to our residency and events programmes, including invitations to our renowned ‘Family Lunch’
- Introductions to the UK art scene and personal networking opportunities
- Invitations to exclusive international events and trips (depending on level of support)
And our global network means Delfina powers connection wherever you happen to be in the world – not only for the artists we work with, but also our international community of supporters.

LEVELS OF SUPPORT
There are three levels of support (please note all amounts are listed in USD):
$12,000: North America Director’s Circle
Includes £5,000 to the Network and £5,000 to join the Circle. Director’s Circle supporters gain exclusive access to director-led events, plus priority invitations to events and international trips.
$6,000: North America Network Patron gift
Includes priority invitations to events and international trips.
$3,000: North American Network Friend gift
Includes regular supporter benefits, including invitations to Delfina events in London and globally.
