Join us to celebrate the publication of Delfina Foundation’s new book Politics of Food, co-published with Sternberg Press.

Hear a brief introduction from the book’s editors and be the first to have the chance to leaf through the hot-off-the-press copies.

Over the course of the evening, related refreshments will be be served, including: Climavore Mussel Soup by artist duo Cooking Sections; Veda bread by artist Laura Wilson; freselle served with winter tomatoes and oregano, courtesy of artist Luigi Coppola and the collective Casa delle Agriculture; cheese produced by the collective Inland – a project initiated by artist Fernando García-Dory; drinks from Company Drinks, a project initiated by artist Kathrin Bohm; as well as the chance to hear from artist Nick Laessing about his Plant Orbiter, currently installed at Delfina Foundation.

Copies of the book will available to purchase at the launch for £20 including, for one night only, a complimentary Delfina tote bag.
