Experience a new iteration of our current resident Moe Satt’s performance work F n’ F (Face and Fingers).

F n’ F (Face and Fingers), is a choreographed sequence of hand and facial gestures based upon those observed on the streets of Yangon, illustrating the ways in which people communicate nonverbally with their bodies.

Following the performance (approx. 20 mins) the artist will be in conversation with Maung Bo Bo.

Moe Satt is a Burmese visual and performance artist whose work explores self, identity, embodiment, and political resistance. He is part of a renowned generation of experimental contemporary Burmese artists who overcame government censorship and oppression to engage with conceptual artwork, the body, and identity. He founded the Beyond Pressure International Performance Art Festival in Yangon, Myanmar.

This event is part of Delfina Foundation’s fourth season of the thematic programme Performance as Process.
