Freelance food curator and head of education at Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Marta Arzak and Harry G West, Professor of Anthropology at SOAS and Chair of SOAS Food Studies Centre will be in conversation discussing ideas around commensality (50 mins) followed by a tasting.
Marta will be supplying Idiazabal cheese, basque creative pintxos and special red wine called Valbuena 2006 (from Vega Sicilia).
