Watch artist Candice Lin create her Beggar’s Revenge Chicken. The dish revises the tale of class struggle behind the original Beggar’s Chicken recipe to address power structures in contemporary US politics. Served as one of the entrees during Subtleties and Warnings: Power and the Edible Grotesque, this dish was part of performative meal that took place as part of Delfina Foundation’s programme The Politics of Food – Season 1 (Winter), curated by Michael C Vazquez.
