Jean-Paul Kelly is a Canadian artist exploring the relationship between materiality and perception. In his new exhibition That ends that matter, Kelly examines complex associations between found photographs, videos, and sounds from documentaries, photojournalism, and online media streams.
We spoke to Kelly prior to the exhibition’s opening to hear more about his thought and practice.
