Zeinab Al Hashemi, Link between worlds, 2015.

Zeinab Al Hashemi, based in Dubai, specialises in site specific installations and public art.

Zeinab has a BA in Arts and Science, specialising in Multimedia Design at Zayed University. Recent exhibitions: Past Forward, Washington DC (2014), Urban Phantasmagoria, Cuadro Gallery, Dubai (2014), Design Days Dubai (2013-2014), Capital D Studio Show (2013), Sharjah Biennial 11 (2013), Abayah, Ara Gallery (2012), 40 Poems From the Desert and UAE, Ara Gallery, Sikka Art Fair (2010, 2012-2011), (MinD) Made in Dubai, DUCTAC (2011).

Zeinab participated in A.i.R Dubai in 2012, a collaboration between the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, Art Dubai, Delfina Foundation and Tashkeel, as well as the Abu Dhabi Airport Center Project (2011).  She was also selected to work and collaborate with calligrapher Nja Mahdauoie to create an art piece for Noor Dubai charity auction in Christie’s Dubai.
