FRAUD (UK associate) is a duo (FRan Gallardo and AUDrey Samson) of media and spatial thinkers. Their backgrounds include computational culture, critical technical practices, post-colonial and critical feminism, performance, design and space system engineering. Within the umbrella of critical practices, or practice as critique they develop forms of art-led inquiry into the multiples scales of power and governability that flow through physical and cultural landscapes. Their practice is currently focused on exploring forms of slow violence and death embedded in, for instance, the entanglement between archiving practices and technical objects, the diminishing negantropism of global logistics, erasure as a disruptive technology and generative system, and alluring myths of ecological cosmopolitanism.

They have exhibited and performed at the Victoria & Albert museum (UK), the Rotterdam Architecture Biennale (NL), Tabakalera Bilbao (Basque Country), Medialab Prado (SP), Arts Catalyst (UK), the Hybrid City International Biennial (GR), Kunsthal Aarhus (DK), la Société des Arts Technologiques (CA), el Museo de Arte Moderno (CO), le Bâtiment d’Art Contemporain (CH), the Center for Digital Cultures & Technology (iMAL) (BE), and the Haus der Kulturen der Welt (DE), among others.
