The Art Basel Miami afternoon Salon programme serves as an open space for short presentations such as artist talks, panels, lectures, and performances – often informal – with a range of speakers including artists, academics, curators, collectors, architects, art lawyers, critics, and many other cultural players.
On Friday 5th December our director Aaron Cezar joins a panel to discuss Art Basel’s Crowdfunding Initiative on Kickstarter at Miami Beach Convention Centre at 18:00.
The new initiative by Art Basel gives organisations a prime virtual slot to fundraise for special projects. Delfina Foundation’s fundraiser to document and bring together the history of performance art from the Arab world is among the first seven schemes to have been selected by an independent jury and featured on Art Basel’s page.
