Legendary British chef creates a dinner in collaboration with Delfina artists.


Following our first successful programme on The Politics of Food, Delfina Foundation teamed up with legendary British chef Mark Hix to create a special collaborative dinner with contributions from artists Shezad Dawood, Ahmet Ögüt, Hrair Sarkissian, and Jane & Louise Wilson. Abbas Akhavan produced a special set of plates.

The event raised vital funds to support Delfina Foundation’s programmes.
